Bookston.com is operated by Modern Shop LLC. This policy explains how and when your order will be shipped.

Shipping Area
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $9.99. For orders of $9.99 or less, the shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before your order ships.

Lost, Late, or Damaged Packages
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and we will help resolve the issue.
